Ingredients:
3 cups white sugar |
1 cup corn oil |
4 eggs |
3 cups flour |
1 can pumpkin pie filling |
3/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon clove |
1 teaspoon ground allspice |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and oil. 2. Add eggs. 3. Beat well. 4. Add sifted dry ingredients, the pumpkin filling and water. 5. Mix together. 6. Grease and flour loaf pans. 7. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. |
