Pumpkin-lemon Cream Pie

Ingredients:
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 can pumpkin (16 oz)
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp.cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/3 cup half & half
1 9 pie shell
sour cream layer
1 cup sour cream
2tbsp.brown sugar
1 tbsp.lemon juice
grated peel of 1 lemon
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Mix first seven ingred. together
2. Pour mixture intopie shell & bake 425 for 15 min.
3. Reduce heat to 350 Continue baking about 45 min. or until inserted
4. knife comes out clean
5. cool 20 min.
6. Blend together sour cream, brown sugar, lemon juice & lemon peel
7. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over the pie Bake 10 min. more
8. Sprinkle top with chopped pecans
9. serve warm or cold
