Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin |
1 cup hot water |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix) |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add sugar and spice. 2. Add pumpkin, mixing well. 3. Chill until slightly thickened. 4. Fold in Cool Whip and nuts. 5. Pour into mold or clean bowl and refrigerate until firm. 6. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
