I don't care for pumpkin pie so my mother made these and we love them. This is in memory of my mother. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can spiced pumpkin |
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream |
18 inches graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. Mix ice cream and pumpkin together. Pour into graham cracker crust. 2. Put in freezer until firm about 2 hours. 3. Cut and enjoy (you can put whip cream on top if want). |
