Ingredients:
4 cups milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon stevia (to taste)
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cinnamon sticks
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, pumpkin, stevia and nutmeg. Heat through, but do not boil.
2. Stir in vanilla, garnish with cinnamon and serve.
