Ingredients:
3/4 cup pumpkin, canned
1 egg
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp molasses
2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut, shredded
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend wet ingreds. Add dry and mix well. Spread into greased 9 x12 pan. Bake at 350F for 40 min or til golden brown. Cut when still warm into 3 x 1 1/2 bars. For crisp bars, take out of pan and cool on rack.
