low fat, low sugar Ingredients:
3/4 cup pumpkin, canned |
1 egg |
1/4 cup margarine, softened |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tbsp molasses |
2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut, shredded |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Blend wet ingreds. Add dry and mix well. Spread into greased 9 x12 pan. Bake at 350F for 40 min or til golden brown. Cut when still warm into 3 x 1 1/2 bars. For crisp bars, take out of pan and cool on rack. |
