This is a fantastic treat to put you in the fall spirit! Try adding 1 teaspoon of finely ground coffee for a Java-Squash Milkshake! Ingredients:
1/3 cup pumpkin puree |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
2 large scoop vanilla ice cream |
6 -8 broken gingersnap cookies |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Puree all the ingredients in the blender until smooth. 2. Garnish with extra cookies pieces or pepitas (pumpkin seeds). |
