1 cup milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
Directions:
1. Mix instant pudding, milk, pumpkin, and spices.
2. Beat on high one minute.
3. Add whipped topping just until combined.
4. Refrigerate until firm.
5. Frost and fill cake of your choice.
