Great starter shake in the morning. Fast and easy to make. I came up with this when I switched to a RAW diet. Don't need coffee anymore! Ingredients:
1/2 cup libby's canned pumpkin |
4 tablespoons evaporated milk |
5 -10 ice cubes |
1/2 banana |
5 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Throw all ingredients in Blender. 2. Don't over blend, you want it like a consistency of melting ice cream. 3. Drink immediately. |
