                    High fiber bar that uses up the whole can of pumpkin Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups fiber one cereal  |  
                                                29 oz. pumpkin (canned, libby's)  |  
                                                2 eggs  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups flour  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups splenda  |  
                                                2 tsp. baking powder  |  
                                                1 tsp. baking soda  |  
                                                1 tsp. ground ginger  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 350` 2. PAM a 13x9x2 inch cake pan. 3. Place cereal in a resealable food-storage bag. 4. Seal bag and crush cereal with a rolling pin, meat mallet, or in a food processor. 5. In a large bowl beat pumpkin and eggs until blended. 6. Spread evenly in prepared pan. 7. Bake 35-40 minutes. 8.
