Great as a traditional Thanksgiving bird side dish! Easy to prepare ahead of time and pop into the oven when ready. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup sugar |
4 eggs |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350ºF. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. 3. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. 4. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. |
