Good cake Ingredients:
1 large can pumpkin |
1 can evaporated milk |
1 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 box yellow or white cake mix |
1 1/2 cubes melted butter |
Directions:
1. Grease bottom of 9 X 13 inch cake pan. Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour into pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top evenly. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes. Test as for pumpkin pie for doneness. |
