Had this delicious dessert at my firnd's house Ingredients:
1, 29 oz can pumpkin |
1 12 oz can evaporated milk |
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 tsp salt |
3 tsp vanilla and cinnamon mix |
1 box yellow cake mix |
1 cup chopped pecans |
3/4 cup melted margarine or butter |
whipped topping or whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients till well blended and pour batter into a greased9 x13 pan.
2. Sprinkle on box of cake mix over batter
3. Add chopped pecans on top
4. Pour on melted butter
5. Bake in a preheated 350F oven about 50 minutes
6. Serve warm or room temp with whipped cream
