This light and fluffy pumpkin dip is super easy to make and is healthy too! For fancier presentation serve in a carved out mini-pumpkin and sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top. 1 can pumpkin (15 oz) |
1 tub fat free cool whip (8 oz) |
2 boxes instant, fat free, sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding (1oz/box) |
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Thaw cool whip if frozen 2. In a small bowl mix pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice together. 3. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients with the pumpkin and fold in cool whip 4. Chill in the refrigerator until serving serving |
