A great fall dip to scoop up with ginger snap cookies or apple slices. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
softened |
2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin |
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon |
1 tablespoon ginger |
1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate (optional) |
ginger snaps and or apple slices for dipping |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. 2. Gradually mix in the pumpkin. Stir in the cinnamon, ginger, and orange juice until smooth and well blended. 3. Chill until serving. |
