A co-worker brought this for treat day. I had to have the recipe, so here it is. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package box yellow cake mix |
3/4 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. 3. In a mixing bowl combine first 5 ingredients. 4. transfer to baking pan. 5. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with butter. 6. Top with nuts. 7. Bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. 8. Serve with whipped topping. |
