                    This is a Weight Watcher recipe I modified to be even less fattening. Like pumpkin pie without the crust and no guilt! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/4 tsp. ground cloves  |  
                                                1 tsp. ground cinnamon  |  
                                                1 tsp. ground ginger  |  
                                                1 tsp. cornstarch  |  
                                                1/8 tsp. table salt  |  
                                                1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree  |  
                                                1 1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk  |  
                                                1/2 cup regular egg substitute  |  
                                                1 tsp. vanilla extract  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Blend well with electric mixer and pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.                              |
