Pumpkin Custard Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin puree |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp cloves |
3 eggs |
1 cup evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream. |
