Healthy alternative to pumpkin pie. I used freshly baked, then pureed pumpkin. Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin puree |
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar for baking |
1 tsp cinnamon |
3/4 cup egg substitute |
1 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean. |
