2 cups pumpkin puree |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup cream |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until blended. Then mix all ingredients together. 2. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked. 3. Serve with lightly sweetened, softly whipped cream. |
