Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In one bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice. 3. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter and eggs. 4. Add dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. 5. Whisk in pumpkin 6. Fill cupcake liners halfway. 7.
