PUMPKIN CREAM PIE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Roark Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
2 packages instant vanilla pudding and pie filling |
1 cup canned pumpkin |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 cup frozen whipped topping thawed |
1 large baked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Combine milk, pie filling, pumpkin, spice and topping in deep narrow bottomed bowl. 2. Beat at lowest speed for 1 minute then pour into pie shell. 3. Chill until set at least 3 hours. |
