I can't remember where I found this recipe. It is good on anything! I like it on home made molasses cookies. Prep time includes the minimum chill time. Ingredients:
8 ounces pkg cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup canned pumpkin |
1/4 cup sugar |
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. 2. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. 3. Makes 24 (1) Tablespoon servings. |
