Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

Fast and easy great holiday breakfast ,dessert, or late night snack.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbs. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups (15 oz. can) pumpkin
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
3. Combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil in a small mixing bowl and beat until just blended.
4. Add Pumpkin mixture to flour mixture and stir until moistened.
5. Fold in cranberries.
6. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pans.
7. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Cool pans for 5 to 10 minutes before trying to remove bread.
