Quick pumpkin pie flavored corn cake. If you are health-conscious, use brown sugar Splenda and a butter substitute. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix |
8 ounces pumpkin puree |
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together in an 8x8 baking dish. 3. Bake for 30 minutes. 4. Let cool for 10-20 minutes before serving. |
