Ingredients:
2/3 cup(s) brown sugar, packed |
3/4 cup(s) butter or margarine, softened |
1/2 cup(s) canned pumpkin |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
2 eggs |
2 1/4 cup(s) flour |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) soda |
2/3 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Beat together the sugars and butter. Add the vanilla, pumpkin and eggs and mix. Then, on low speed add the remaining ingredients. Spoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 375* for 12 min. or until set. Remove immediately and cool about 45 min. Frost with Browned Butter Frosting |
