Ingredients:
29 oz can pumpkin beaten |
4 large eggs |
1 1/2 cup sugar |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. ginger |
1/2 tsp cloves |
2 tsp. cinnamon |
13 oz can evaporated milk |
1 yellow cake mix |
1 cup butter melted |
2 tbsp. brown sugar |
1/2 cup walnuts chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend together pumpkin, eggs, sugar, salt, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and milk. Pour into greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of mixture( it seems like a lot of cake mix but it works). Drizzle melted butter over dry cake mix, then top with brown sugar and chopped nuts. Bake in a 350-degree oven for one hour and 20 minutes. |
