These cookies are the absolute best. I only make them in the fall because I eat so many. They are a family favorite. Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup oil |
2 eggs |
4 cups flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons milk |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375. 2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil and eggs. 3. Dissolve the baking soda in the 2 teaspoons of milk. 4. Add the dissolved baking soda and vanilla. 5. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 6. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. 7. Stir in chocolate chips. 8. Drop by teaspoons on a lightly greased sheet. 9. bake about 10-12 minutes. |
