Add some fall flavor and some additional nutrition to your chili. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained |
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree |
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained |
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with jalapenos (such as ro*tel) |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) packet chili seasoning mix |
1 pinch allspice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-10 hours. Serve with cornbread. |
