Ingredients:
3 lbs lean ground beef |
2 cups fresh pumpkin, cubed in 1 inch pieces |
1 can kidney bean |
2 medium onions, diced |
3 cans diced tomatoes |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt (optional) |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. 2. Drain fat. 3. Put ground beef into large cooking pot, add each ingredient, and cook on low heat for 90 minutes. 4. Serve with sour cream. |
