This is a Fall favorite of mine. Hope everyone enjoys. Ingredients:
16 oz box of pound cake mix |
3 eggs, divided |
2 t butter, melted |
4 t. pumpkin pie spice, divided |
8 oz cream cheese |
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk |
16 oz can pumpkin |
1/2 t. salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, one egg, butter and 2 t. pumpkin pie spice on low speed until crumbly. Press into bottom of a jelly roll pan; set aside. Blend cream cheese until fluffy; beat in condensed milk, pumpkin, salt, remaining eggs and pie spice. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30- 40 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 22-24 bars. |
