Ingredients:
1 8oz packages cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
1 15oz can mashed pumpkin
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 graham cracker or vanilla wafer crusts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar together.
3. Add pumpkin and spices.
4. Beat in one egg at a time.
5. Add salt and beat until creamy.
6. Pour batter into pie crusts.
7. Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
8. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
