No springform pans to fool with. This cheesecake is great anytime. Ingredients:
1 8oz packages cream cheese |
3/4 cup white sugar |
1 15oz can mashed pumpkin |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 graham cracker or vanilla wafer crusts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Beat cream cheese and sugar together. 3. Add pumpkin and spices. 4. Beat in one egg at a time. 5. Add salt and beat until creamy. 6. Pour batter into pie crusts. 7. Bake for 50 minutes or until set. 8. Chill at least 3 hours before serving. |
