Double the batch and make in a 9x13 pan! Ingredients:
1 c old fashioned oats (ground in blender to make flour) |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1 g salt substitute |
1 dash salt |
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg |
1/8 tsp allspice |
1/2 c egg whites |
14 packets stevia |
1 cup pure pumpkin |
4 oz fage total 2% greek yogurt |
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degress. Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick spray. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, protein powder & nutmeg. In a medium bowl, mix egg whites, stevia, yogurt & pumpkin until well combined. Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture & mix well. 3. Pour batter into baking dish and spread evenly. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean |
