This is such a yummy cake, perfect for a New Year's, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. get together or for a cold fall/winter's dessert. Try it and you will be pleased! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin |
4 eggs |
1 cup canola oil (wesson) or 1 cup vegetable oil (wesson) |
Directions:
1. Mix first seven ingredients. 2. Add last three ingredients. 3. Put mixture in a fluted tube pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
