Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
3 egg whites |
1 cup canned pumpkin |
1 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
water |
Directions:
1. Mix together all the cake ingredients for 2 minutes. 2. Pour into a bundt pan coated with cooking spray. 3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. 4. Cool. 5. Glaze: Mix together the powdered sugar and vanilla. 6. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, to get a runny consistency. 7. Drizzle over the warm cake. |
