Pumpkin Butter Pecan Dessert |

This is my son's favourite dessert, so I make it every Thanksgiving. It is so easy and so delicious! Ingredients:
1 large can pumpkin |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup evaporated milk |
3 eggs |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1/4 tsp. ginger |
1/8 tsp. cloves |
1/8 tsp. nutmeg |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1 large butter pecan cake mix |
3/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine |
Directions:
1. Preheated oven to 350 F. Mix first 9 ingredients into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix, then nuts, then drizzle melted butter or margarine over all. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 F. Garnish with whipped crean and pecans.
