a delicious low-cal spread that tastes like pumpkin pie Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
1/2 tsp ginger |
1/2 tsp allspice |
1 1/2 cups pumpkin |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. mix the spices, sugar and water in a large microwaveable bowl. mix until sugar is disssolved. 2. microwave for 3 minutes 3. mix in the pumpkin then microwave again for 5 minutes. 4. mixture should be bubbly. 5. let cool, put in a container then REFRIGERATE. |
