From the Betty Crocker Cookbook - my family's favorites!
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 large eggs
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Pour into 2 bread pans sprayed with non-stick spray or lined muffin tins.
4. Bake loaves about 1 hour, muffins about 45 minutes. Check frequently after half hour and add or lessen time as needed.
