From the Betty Crocker Cookbook - my family's favorites! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
1 2/3 cups sugar |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
4 large eggs |
3 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Pour into 2 bread pans sprayed with non-stick spray or lined muffin tins. 4. Bake loaves about 1 hour, muffins about 45 minutes. Check frequently after half hour and add or lessen time as needed. |
