Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 cup pumpkin |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, powder, soda, salt and spices. 2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs. 3. Add dry ingredients and butter; mix until well blended. 4. Stir in nuts. 5. Pour into well greased loaf (9x5x3-inch). Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes. |
