Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
2 cup(s) canned pumpkin puree |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
5 eggs |
2 cup(s) flour |
2 (35 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 cup(s) sugar |
1 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix oil, eggs and pumpkin puree. Combine and mix together dry and wet ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and cook for 1 hour. |
