messing with prepared pumpkin i had left over around halloween time so i tried this so i hope you enjoy. atleast try it... Enjoy! Ingredients:
3c. sugar |
1c.oleo(butter) |
4eggs |
11/2 salt |
1tsp. cinnamon |
1/4tsp. nutmeg |
1/3c. water |
2c. pumpkin |
2tsp. baking soda |
chopped nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cream together sugar and butter mix on low speed till nice and fluffy and light. 2. add in eggs,salt,cinnamon,nutmeg,water,pumpkin,baking soda, mix well. add nuts if desired. 3. Prepare bread pans with lightly buttered and floured.. bang bread pans upside down over garbage can or sink till all extra flour is out. 4. pour even amounts of batter into each pan.. makes about 2 loafs at a time. 5. preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour let stand atleast 10-15 minutes before plopping out of pans 6. Cool cut and enjoy! |
