This is my sister's pumpkin bread recipe; it is moist and delicious. Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup flour |
3 cup sugar |
1 tsp nutmeg |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp allspice |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
2 tsp baking soda |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
1 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
1 16 oz can pumpkin |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. {reheat oven 350*; grease two loaf pans. 2. Sift together dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add oil and eggs mixing well then pumpkin and pecans. Mix well and pour into the prepared loaf pans baking for about 55-60 until cake tester comes out done. Enjoy with some cream cheese or butter. 3. Can bake in 5 mini loaf pans-adjusting bake time. |
