4 cups pumpkin puree |
2 cups sugar |
2 cups brown sugar |
1 cup oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon clove |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
4 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
5 cups flour |
1 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Oil 4 one pound coffee cans. 2. Mix ingredients as listed. Fill cans half full with batter. Bake for 1 hour. Cool in cans. Store with plastic lid. |
