Moist fall bread! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup light brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 cup canned pumpkin |
3/4 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside. 3. Beat Eggs, sugars, and vanilla in large bowl on high speed for about 30 seconds. 4. Add Dry ingredients and mix well. 5. Add pumpkin and oil and mix well. 6. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. 7. Bake approx 70 minute or until toothpick inserted come out clean. 8. Cool on wire rack. |
