This is a good snack bread. Its great plain or with cream cheese. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/3 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
2 eggs |
1 cup pumpkin |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup water |
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. Beat until well mixed. 3. Turn into a greased loaf pan. 4. Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 5. Cool completely before slicing. |
