This pumpkin bread is great for the holidays! Ingredients:
3 cups sugar |
1 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
2/3 cup water |
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
1/2 teaspoon clove |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
3 1/2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and vegetable oil together. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Add all ingredients except for the flour. Gradually add flour, 1/2 cup at a time. Grease pans. Bake for 1.5 hours, checking occasionally. |
