This is an old Weight Watchers recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (reg. pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix) |
1 egg |
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons water |
2 teaspoons sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray a small loaf pan with butter flavored spray. 3. Mix all ingredients well and pour into loaf pan. 4. Bake for 20-30 minutes. |
