Another recipe from my mom. A very moist bread that my own children love to have for a snack. Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin |
4 eggs |
1 cup oil |
2/3 cup cold water |
3 cups sugar |
3 1/2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil and cold water. 3. Sift together sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. 4. Mix dry ingredients with pumpkin mixture. 5. Pour into two greased bread pans. 6. Bake 350 degrees for one hour. |
