Ingredients:
2 cups all-bran cereal
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons apple pie spice
1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. soak cereal in milk for 5 minutes.
2. add remaining wet ingredients.
3. combine all dry ingredients and add to wet.
4. fill 12 muffins pan and bake 350 for 20 minute.
5. They freeze well.
