2 cups all-bran cereal |
1 cup skim milk |
3/4 cup canned pumpkin |
2 teaspoons apple pie spice |
1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 1/4 cups wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. soak cereal in milk for 5 minutes. 2. add remaining wet ingredients. 3. combine all dry ingredients and add to wet. 4. fill 12 muffins pan and bake 350 for 20 minute. 5. They freeze well. |
