Pumpkin-Bran Muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup natural bran
1/2 cup pumpkin, canned or cooked
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon wheat germ
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the wheat germ, in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir to blend.
3. Spoon into lightly oiled muffin tins (or paper baking cups sprayed with non-stick spray, my choice.) Sprinkle on the wheat germ.
4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
